Delivery Times

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package:

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Duties & Taxes

EU Orders: All duties and taxes are included in your order total. No additional fees upon delivery.

UK Orders: All duties and taxes are included. No surprise charges.

International Orders: Depending on your country, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for specific rates.

Shipping Issues

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your building's reception. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage (both packaging and product). We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Greemnest bag. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer:

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Full refund or exchange for unworn, undamaged items
  • Original condition required - tags attached, dust bag included
  • Quality guarantee - Defective items replaced at no cost

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return:

  • Unworn bags in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items in original packaging with dust bag included
  • Bags without signs of use, stains, or damage
  • Items purchased within the last 30 days

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items worn, used, or showing signs of wear
  • Bags with removed tags or missing dust bags
  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (helps us improve!)
  • Whether you'd like a refund or exchange

Step 2: We'll send you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Pack your item securely:

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and dust bag
  • Write your return authorization number on the package
  • Use tracked shipping (we recommend keeping your receipt)

Step 4: Ship your return:

  • Send to the address provided in your return authorization
  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Important: Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs. We'll provide a prepaid return label.

Change of Mind / Sizing Issues: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.

Exchanges: If you're exchanging for a different size or style, you pay return shipping for the original item, and we'll cover shipping for the replacement.

Refund Processing

  • We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Refunds appear in your account within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)

Refund Method: All refunds are issued to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

Partial Refunds: Items returned without original packaging, tags, or showing signs of use may receive a partial refund or be refused.

Exchanges

How Exchanges Work:

  1. Contact us to initiate your exchange
  2. Return your original item following our return process
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your replacement
  4. If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly

Exchange Shipping: You pay return shipping for the original item; we cover shipping for the replacement (within the same region).

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or alternative.

What if my bag doesn't look exactly like the photo?

Because each bag is handwoven from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and weave are normal and expected. These differences prove authenticity and make your bag unique. This is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return unless you're unsatisfied with the overall quality.

Do you offer gift returns?

Yes! Gift recipients can return or exchange items. They'll need the order number (included in the package) and should contact us to initiate the return. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

What happens if I miss the 30-day return window?

We understand that life gets busy. Contact us even if you're past 30 days—we'll do our best to help, though we can't guarantee acceptance of late returns.

Can I return a bag I've used?

Unfortunately, no. We can only accept returns of unworn, unused bags in original condition. However, if you're experiencing a quality issue with a used bag, please contact us—our quality guarantee may apply.
