🚚 Tracking Says Delivered But You Don't Have It?

📦 Package Damaged in Transit?

We'll make it right:

  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you

Common Tracking Questions

Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?

Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. However, you may be able to request a delivery redirect directly with the carrier using your tracking number. Contact the carrier as soon as possible for options.

Why does my tracking show multiple locations?

This is normal! Your package travels through various carrier facilities (sorting centers, distribution hubs) on its way to you. Each scan updates the tracking information.

What if tracking shows my package was returned to sender?

This can happen if delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, or if there was an address issue. Contact us immediately with your order number and we'll help resolve the situation and arrange reshipment.

Do you ship on weekends?

We process orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Carriers may deliver on Saturdays depending on your location and service level.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?

Depending on the carrier, you may be able to request package hold for pickup at a carrier location. Use your tracking number to set this up directly with the carrier, or contact us for assistance.
